Biography

Hello! My name is Scott Beecher. I have a passion for programming and game design. Over the years I have gained experience in a variety of programming languages, including C++, Python, C#, and Lua, earning a MicroBachelors in C++ and other certificates in computer science. For game design, I received a Bachelor's Degree at Champlain College, gaining practical experience and knowledge of game engines including Unreal Engine and Unity, as well as related design principles.

I am an effective contributor in team situations and very comfortable as an individual contributor, depending on the requirements of the role. I've leveraged my education in tutoring and instructor roles to communicate concepts to students and build rapport with them. I am also well-versed in Microsoft Office and equivalent Google toolsets, and artistic programs including Maya, Photoshop, and CAD software.
